ok, it’s been a while. i’ve been slacking on the whole writing a blog thing. fortunately, the reason why i’ve been neglecting my blog is because I’m actually having a little bit more of a social life. :D

i’ve made a new friend (from the internet…haha!), sheena. she’s pretty cool…we’ve seen a couple movies together, have gone out to eat together, and we email each other almost every day. my coworker, olivia and I went to see “ps i love you” after work thursday. ummm, i cried like 5 times. usually i only get teary-eyed at sad movies, but i actually had tears running down my cheeks. it was good, though…and there were some silly parts (which seem to be mandatory for me now. hehe)

the temperature is to getting to be below zero with a windchill. right now, my computer says it's -3 (without windchill) as I always said, “you know it’s cold when your boogers freeze!” hehe! but seriously, I’ve heard it’s supposed to get as cold as -20 with windchill this weekend. oy!

so one of tony’s best friends (also named tony) is leaving the country for a couple months, and if he likes it there, it’ll be permanent. he’s going to vietnam, where some of his family is (he’s half-vietnamese)...the good thing: i get one of his computers…which isn’t his really nice one, but it’s a lot better than mine! he also said that i can use his video camera while he’s gone…which is really exciting to me, because that’s what i want to do in life, you know…video production. so now i have to think of something awesome to record….any ideas? i am also allowed to use his editing program (which isn’t my favorite editing program, but it will do…hehe) i was thinking about doing a mockumentary or some old school-style clips set to music….i dunno…

i’ve also joined the library and am getting back to my love of reading. i seem to be reading a book every week or two. it’s nice to curl up in the soft papisan chair with a blanket and kitty on my lap and read. :D

alright, well that's it for now. i'm going to tony's mom's house for dinner both tonight and tomorrow. maybe i'll head over to the gym afterward. :P
